An engaging, experiential session for women in leadership. This in-person experience explores the intersection of trust, intuition, and adaptability—core capabilities for women leading in today’s unpredictable landscape. Rather than framing uncertainty as something to control or minimize, the session invites participants to experience it as a catalyst for leadership growth.

Women are often expected to anticipate, control, and plan for every possible outcome, leaving little room for exploration, learning, or emergence. This session flips that expectation by helping leaders release perfection as a requirement, lean into the unknown, and build confidence in their ability to adapt as situations unfold.

Improv becomes more than a creative exercise—it serves as a practice environment for embodied leadership. Participants safely experience uncertainty, visibility, and momentum without the pressure to perform. They explore how their brains and bodies respond in moments of ambiguity and learn how to stay in motion without abandoning their values or sense of self. Through this experience, participants will:

  • Deepen trust in their intuition and their ability to act on it
  • Build flexibility and confidence when outcomes are unclear or evolving
  • Expand comfort with visibility, spontaneity, and shared leadership
  • Strengthen decision-making in moments of uncertainty
  • Experience connection, courage, and experimentation in a supportive environment

Aligned with the themes of the TRUST, this experience helps women translate self-trust into action. The result is leadership that feels more grounded, agile, and authentic, not because uncertainty disappears, but because participants have strengthened their ability to move with it.

Learn more about Sarah: Sarah Line is the founder of Boredroom Breakouts, where leadership development is treated as training, not theory. Through experiential, play- based sessions grounded in neuroscience and real behavior, she helps leaders and teams build trust, navigate uncertainty, and develop the capacity to think clearly and act together under pressure. Sarah designs experiences that strengthen collective confidence, shared language, and forward momentum. Talented individuals don’t automatically create effective teams; real power emerges when the weight is lifted from a few and shared across teams with the capacity to move work forward together, driving momentum instead of strain.
