This Session is being facilitated by Meghan Miller, PsyD, LP, Director of Well-Being and Culture, Allina Health - learn more here. Description: This series aims to bring together community and working moms. Knowing that there is so much about the experience of a working mom that is unique, it is important that there is access to others who have a similar experience to share frustrations, successes, helpful learning, and tap into the power of connection. As part of this series, you can expect to join a small group of working moms. Each month will focus on a particular topic, and we will start the group with information related to the topic. Much of the experience will be an open discussion on how the topic of the month shows up for us. You can be most prepared by viewing the monthly program description ahead of time and giving 5-10 minutes of thought on what experiences or questions you may have for the group related to the topic. September 12: Do Warm Fuzzies Really Work? Come together with other working moms to learn more about how empathy and affirmations work and learn from each other how we can incorporate these skills into our everyday lives.
